The SY021 hand held load meter measures signals from load cells or any strain gauge bridge transducers. The scaled value is displayed on the 2 lines of 16 characters an any unit you wish.
The alpha-numeric display enables user friendly prompts to ease the set up and calibration procedures. All calibration values are stored in non-volatile memory. Calibration can be by applying a known load or by entering the millivolt (or milliamp) scaling factor and the full scale range from the calibration certificate. 50 sets of calibration figures will be stored in non-volatile memory which will not be lost when batteries are changed. A TEDS version is also available.
The simple to use unit features a full numeric keypad for ease of use. Peak and trough capture at up to 60 readings per second comes as standard. Fast peak capture at 2ms is also available as an optional extra.
Data logging, is another optional extra, as are a plug top mains power supply, a protective rubber boot and a padded aluminium storage/carry case.
