The SY035 weight indicator is available as a low cost 16 bit or a high end 24 bit instrument. The AC or DC powered unit will drive up to 4 x 350Ω load cells. 

The instrument has a wide dynamic range which removes the need for setting up for different load cell millivolt outputs.  Enclosed in a shallow 1/8th Din 72mm square panel mount case (just 85 mm behind the panel), the instrument has a 5 digit, 10mm tall, 7 segment LED display with a range +99999/-9999.

The 2 x 3A 125V set point relays that are fitted as standard can be configured to latch and LED status indicators on the front panel are there to reassure the operator that the relays have switched.  

Features include user programmable 1, 2 or 3 decimal points. Calibration is done by simply adding a known weight and entering the value on the keypad.   The SY035 is further enhanced by storing the settings in non-volatile memory. 

AC or DC versions are available. Chargeable options include; an analogue output that can be set as 0-5V, +/-5V, +/-10V , 4-20mA, 0-20mA or 0-24mA. The RS232 communications option has user selectable baud rates enabling the instrument to link with any serial printer or direct to a PC, programmable parameters in the printout include; up to 46 character title, incrementing 5 digit batch reference number and detail of units (kgs, tonnes, lbs, etc.), these are stored in non-volatile memory.  A real time clock facility (with 10 year battery back up) means all print outs are date and time stamped.
