Panel Mounted Load Meters are used to indicate the load or weight applied to strain gauge based transducers, this can be loadcells or pressure transducers or anyother device where an indication is required either remotely or locally, usually situated within control panels.
Variations on the basic models could include set point control to open and close valves for semi-automatic filling applications to full blown batch controllers for total plant control for recipes. Additional outputs from the loadmeters can send information to other systems via digital or analogue routes. Loadmeters can be configured to read in various units such as kilograms or newtons for force measurement applications.
